Depends on the property! The public parking ramps in Downtown Fargo are managed by Interstate Parking, they offer monthly parking passes you can pay for monthly. Looking for included parking? Check out The Landing!
Select the property you wish to apply for and head to the floor plans. Select the floor plan you love and the unit number you wish to live in. You will need to make an account if you do not have an existing rent café log-in.
Internet & Cable is provided by Midco! Select properties already have the system installed, you just need a voucher code. Contact your property manager to get access!
Application fee is $40 & the initial deposit is $500
We don’t have a credit score requirement! We do look into late credit payments, levels of charge offs, & debt-to-income ratios. We know this can be complicated to understand, contact our office with any questions you may have!
