Pricing Transparency
When moving into one of our apartments, there are a few fees you can expect as part of the leasing process and will continue throughout your tenancy. We are committed to transparency and ensuring you have all the information you need for a hassle-free experience.
APPLICANT FEE(S):
$40 per household member 18 and over, and any co-signers
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$500 Standard Security Deposit
Depending on the results of your credit check, you may be asked for an additional deposit of $300, or 1-month's rent.
INTERNET:
$50/month (500/500 MBPS Wi-fi Included)
This fee is not optional*
PET FEES:
$400 non-refundable pet fee per pet
$40/month pet rent per pet
PARKING:
Each apartments comes with one space in our heated parking garage, with the exception of select studios. Additional spaces when available are an additional $125/month.
Parking in the surface lot is open to all residents and guests.
RATIO UTILITY BILLING:
We use a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) to fairly share utility costs among residents. Instead of just dividing the bill by the number of units, RUBS takes into account the size of each apartment and how many people live there
This chart is the average cost our residents pay monthly for utilities at The Landing at 1001 NP. This cost includes electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash.
