Pet Run

As a part of our pet-friendly apartment community, The Landing at 1001 NP residents will have access to the pet relief area attached to the parking garage. Disposal bags are also provided for your convenience.

Pet Wash

The Landing at 1001 NP residents are welcome to utilize the pet wash amenity located on the first floor. With facilities designed with your pet in mind, you’ll be able to tackle bathtime easier than ever.

Paws, Claws, and More

Cats, dogs, and other varieties of pets* are welcomed at The Landing at 1001 NP!
There are no breed restrictions for dogs in our community, though we do have a total combined weight limit of 175 pounds for up to two pets.
Fish tanks up to 40 gallons are also welcome. They are not included in the two-pet limit and are exempt from associated pet fees.
*Other species of pets may be subject to limitations. Wondering if your unique pet is welcome? Ask our property manager!

Fees

There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet. There is also a $40/month pet rent charge.
